The staff at IMPEL property group are highly supportive and considerate. My experience dealing with IMPEL has been the best compared to previous experiences with other property groups. They have good communication and make the effort to make you feel valued as a tenant. When conducting inspections the staff make you feel comfortable and are very approachable with good people skills. Throughout my whole tenancy with the IMPEL property group I have felt informed, cared for and valued. The property group is really responsive to emails and will action house repairs in a very timely manner.
