Sharon gave excellent advice as to how to present the villa. On being asked to recommend people to paint, clean etc. all recommendations were of excellent standard and value for money. It is always difficult to sell a parents property but Sharon gave the whole issue dignity and made it very easy for us.
She came in on target within a timetable that I didn’t think was possible – however I could not have been more surprised or pleased with her results. The purchaser at the end made difficult and I thought unreasonable demands well after the contract was signed, however, this too was handled with dignity and aplomb by Sharon.
Any firm would be lucky to employ Sharon as would anyone selling a property. I highly recommend Sharon and should I need to sell properties in the future she would be the first person I call upon.
